Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to expand its footprint across Mexico and the LATAM region. You will identify new opportunities, build partnerships with IBs and affiliates, and convert leads into active trading clients.

Working with sales, marketing, and client relations, you will represent the company at industry events, conduct market research, and help senior management shape growth strategies in a fast-paced, international forex environment.

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management in forex/CFD industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest in financial markets and forex industry.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Mexico and LATAM.
• Build relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and potential partners.
• Convert leads into active trading clients.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Conduct market research to spot opportunities.
• Assist in developing growth strategies with senior management.
