Responsibilities

The Azure Partner Success Manager, focused on Azure within SMC, is responsible for growing Azure consumption revenue via key partners. This involves innovating and evolving our joint sales engagement strategies with partners, always centered on customer success at scale.

Success requires a deep understanding of partner business models, customer success practices, and sales motions across services and products, including a foundational knowledge of Azure and cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). You will lead a virtual team of partners, sales, technical, and operations professionals to drive Azure revenue in SMC by developing customer success practices among partners to meet customer needs and accelerate digital transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field AND 9+ years of experience in sales, industry channel sales, or industry sales.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in industry channel sales or industry sales.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field AND 14+ years of experience in industry channel sales or industry sales.
  • 7+ years of partner engagement experience.
  • AZ104 Certification preferred.
