The Azure Partner Success Manager, focused on Azure within SMC, is responsible for growing Azure consumption revenue via key partners. This involves innovating and evolving our joint sales engagement strategies with partners, always centered on customer success at scale.
Success requires a deep understanding of partner business models, customer success practices, and sales motions across services and products, including a foundational knowledge of Azure and cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). You will lead a virtual team of partners, sales, technical, and operations professionals to drive Azure revenue in SMC by developing customer success practices among partners to meet customer needs and accelerate digital transformation.
