Tinuiti in Mexico City is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. You will work closely with Creative, Analytics, and Bliss Point teams to translate learnings into actions and help grow new customers and revenue.

The role requires 2+ years in Paid Social execution, strong GA4 and Excel skills, and excellent communication. This position offers a flexible hybrid model with in-office collaboration two days weekly in

• 2+ years of hands-on Paid Social execution with Meta and other platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in GA4 and analytics; Excel/Sheets for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day campaign execution across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Apply Paid Social craft and run controlled pilots; scale learnings
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point teams
• Maintain budgets, pacing, and pixel/CAPI health; deliver weekly readouts
