Rise is seeking a Director, Investment, Social in Mexico City to lead a high-performing paid social team across multiple client portfolios. The role focuses on strategic growth, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering innovative social media solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital or social marketing, agency experience, and certifications in Meta, TikTok, Snap, and YouTube. Strong leadership, Excel fluency, and client-facing expertise are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience in digital or social marketing and agency environments.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a center of excellence for paid social initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute social strategies for evergreen and event-based campaigns.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and develop measurable programs that meet objectives.
• Develop data-driven recommendations using campaign analytics.
• Manage financial performance including budgets and profitability.
• Deliver insightful presentations to clients and prospects.
