DoorDash is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist for the Consumer team in Mexico City to own end-to-end paid social execution across Meta, TikTok, and Snap. You will manage multi-million-dollar monthly budgets, partner with U.S. teams, and drive testing agendas to optimize performance.

You should have 4+ years in performance marketing, strong English, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and a data-driven mindset to translate platform behavior into actionable steps.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record in paid social media buying, optimization, and strategic planning.
• Fluent in English; strong Excel/Sheets skills; familiar with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV metrics.
• Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred).
• SQL knowledge (preferred).
• Experience in multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end execution of Consumer paid social campaigns.
• Build, QA, pace, optimize, and iterate campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap.
• Manage multi-million-dollar monthly budgets with precision.
• Run experiments and test bidding approaches; diagnose issues and communicate insights.
• Collaborate with U.S. teams and platform reps to achieve goals.
• Maintain structurally sound accounts and ensure performance outcomes.
