Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will lead strategy, budget calls and the client narrative on why decisions were made.

The role covers media planning, conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and the 90-day roadmaps that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Robust track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and justify results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
