Job summary

Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking a hands-on imaging technical analyst to support PACS, VNA, RIS, and enterprise imaging applications. You will design DICOM routing, perform integration between PACS systems and modalities, and work across Unix/Windows environments to ensure imaging dataflow and data integrity.

The role involves collaborating with clinical and vendor teams, supporting upgrades, and providing post-go-live support for imaging platforms and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Medical imaging knowledge with hands-on PACS/RIS experience.
• Solid knowledge of DICOM, HL7, IHE, and data attributes in imaging dataflows.
• Experience with DICOM integration—receiving and sending images between PACS and modalities.
• Unix/Windows operating systems knowledge.
• Networking knowledge (IP, DNS, AE Titles, device addressing).
• Experience with ServiceNow for tickets and changes.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and troubleshoot PACS, VNA, RIS, and enterprise imaging applications.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot DICOM routing rules and dataflow across imaging environments.
• Perform DICOM integration work between PACS systems, archives, and modalities.
• Lead imaging platform upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Provide post-go-live support and partner with clinical and vendor teams.
