Impact Advisors Mexico seeks a Clinical Imaging System Analyst to work at the intersection of clinical operations, imaging informatics, and technology—supporting implementation, optimization, and adoption of enterprise imaging solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.

You’ll collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, technologists, physicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to design future-state imaging workflows, test systems, and go-live activities, translating clinical workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health/informatics/tech field.
• Experience with healthcare technology, imaging informatics, clinical workflows or related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflow design and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise imaging solutions (PACS, VNA, image sharing, imaging workflow apps).
• Assist in imaging system upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and image routing issues across platforms.
• Maintain relationships with clinical users, vendors, and implementation teams for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and design future-state imaging workflows.
• Participate in imaging system testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, technologists, physicians, operational leaders, and IT teams.

At Impact Advisors Mexico, we are seeking for a Clinical Imaging System Analyst to work at the intersection of clinical operations, imaging informatics, and technology—supporting the implementation, optimization, and adoption of enterprise imaging solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who can translate clinical imaging workflows into practical system solutions—and who is passionate about workflow design, end-user adoption, and the quality of the imaging experience across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

• Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise imaging solutions, including PACS, Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA), image sharing platforms, and imaging workflow applications.
• Support imaging system upgrades, migrations, and application optimization initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting workflow, integration, and image‑routing issues across imaging platforms and modalities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clinical users, vendors, and implementation teams to ensure successful adoption of imaging solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to assess current-state workflows and design future-state imaging workflows.
• Participate in imaging system testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Work closely with radiologists, cardiologists, technologists, physicians, operational leaders, and IT teams.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Sciences, Radiologic Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology, imaging informatics, clinical workflows, imaging operations, system implementations, or related healthcare initiatives.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflow design and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
