Job summary

LEGO Group in Mexico's Cienega de Flores, NL, is seeking a Packing Supervisor to lead a 30-operator team and ensure the production plan is fulfilled with safety, quality and continuous improvement at the forefront.

You will develop people, drive collaboration across functions and contribute to brand protection and confidentiality while working a 4x4 shift and advancing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Leader with teams of 30+ operators.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• English communication skills (advanced).
• Knowledge of safety, quality and integrated management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of operators in a safe, collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Drive production plan fulfillment by managing resources and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and QEHS requirements with visible leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and drive corrective actions via root-cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and LCI tools deployment.
• Execute people processes and capability-building activities, including training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy business strategy within the team.
• Protect employees and product quality by stopping/escalating when needed.
