Join our Final Pack operation and play a key role in ensuring that our products are packed safely, efficiently and to the high‑quality standards expected from the LEGO brand. As Packing Supervisor, you will lead a team of production operators, ensuring the production plan is delivered while developing your people and creating an environment where safety, quality, collaboration and continuous improvement come first. The role also offers exposure beyond day‑to‑day production, including collaboration across functions and opportunities to contribute to topics such as brand protection and novelty confidentiality.
Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL. This is not a remote position.
