Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of operators in a safe, collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Manage resources, sequencing and daily priorities to fulfill the production plan.
• Ensure safety, quality and QEHS requirements with visible leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and drive corrective actions via root-cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and deployment of relevant tools.
• Execute people processes and capability-building activities including training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy business strategies within the team.
• Protect employees and product quality by stopping or escalating operations when needed.
