  • Create and maintain product labels aligned with global regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure existing documentation remains accurate and current.
  • Manage documentation revisions with ECOs/ECNs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Safety teams to gather information.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in docs.
  • Support certification and compliance activities through documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews when documentation impacts releases.
  • Maintain document control systems and databases.
  • Track priorities and deadlines across multiple projects.

You'll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop operation manuals for new Milwaukee products.
  • Create and maintain product labels aligned with global regulatory requirements.
  • Generate technical service documentation and supporting materials.
  • Ensure existing documentation remains accurate, current, and aligned with product updates.
  • Manage documentation revisions associated with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs/ECNs).
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Safety teams to gather and validate technical information.
  • Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across documentation.
  • Support certification and compliance activities through technical documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews when documentation impacts product releases.
  • Maintain technical publication databases and document control systems.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications and technical information.
  • Experience managing documentation in a structured and detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
