Milwaukee Tool is seeking a reliability-focused engineer with a background in electromechanical design and product development. The role emphasizes validating product reliability through advanced statistical methods and robust test planning.

You will coordinate multiple projects across engineering teams in North America and Asia, performing Weibull analyses and generating clear, actionable reports for stakeholders. Strong English communication is essential.

Formación

• Experience in new product development processes with emphasis on design.
• Advanced knowledge of RCA methods (8D) and DoE, life data analysis and statistics tools.
• Experience with test plan development; mechanical and electronic aspects.
• Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for benchmarking and technical queries.
• Perform statistical analyses (Weibull, reliability distributions) and generate concise reports.

Job Description:

Education: Bachelor's of Electromechanical, Mechantronics, Mechanical Engineering.

General Objective: Ensure conformance results of product validation of Milwaukee Tools through reliability engineering skills.

Knowledge, experience, skills:

• One to three years of experience in new product development processes, emphasizing design.




• Advanced knowledge of RCA methods as 8D. Previous relevant experience with Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other statistical tools and software (i.e. Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo)




• Experience with test plan development. Advanced experience on mechanical and electronis.




• Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for technical benchmarking and resolving questions.




• Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusion.




• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established timelines and processes.
