Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to optimize production flow, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. The role focuses on creating master production schedules aligned with demand, capacity, and inventory targets, while driving efficiency across planning and execution processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with MPS, MRP, ERP systems, production planning and capacity management, demand forecasting and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity.
• Drive demand normalization and production balancing decisions to maximize operational efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and monitor weekly production plans and long-term manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure material availability through effective planning and coordination with purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor daily production performance and proactively address plan deviations.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing activities, and shipment coordination to support uninterrupted operations.
• Leverage MPS, MRP, and ERP systems to optimize planning accuracy and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve service, quality, and productivity goals.
