Job summary

Packfora in Mexico City seeks an experienced operations project leader to drive the execution of a multi-project portfolio across packaging initiatives.

You will build KPI dashboards, coordinate sustainability stakeholders, and formalize standards for project validation, while expanding project scope and reporting risks to top management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing operational projects, supply chain, or packaging.
• Experience in data analysis: building metrics, tracking reports and presentation of results to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of packaging processes, quality standards and/or operational validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational execution of the project portfolio.
• Manage the packaging validation process in coordination with ICQA and operational areas.
• Build and maintain KPI tracking dashboards: economic savings (USD), reduction of plastic (tons), reduction of carbon footprint (CO₂ eq).
• Coordinate key project stakeholders (Sustainability, MTM, ICQA, suppliers).
• Manage the commercial and operational relationship with Packaging suppliers.
• Evaluate and document operational and quality standards for the implementation of the projects.
• Identify opportunities to expand the initial scope of the project.
• Regularly report progress, risks, and opportunities to Sustainability and top management.
