Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a detail-oriented PTP specialist to manage procure-to-pay processes, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain robust controls. You will provide updates and reporting across PTP operations, supporting vendor creation, invoice matching, and routing to coders.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a proven track record in meeting deadlines. Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Ariba, and related systems is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials and SAP is preferred
• Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Should have a complete understanding of the PTP process
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world-class, proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to policies and procedures
• Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (vendor creation, invoices vs PO matching, routing to coders)
• Review PCard statements for compliance
• Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity and interfacing applications
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into PTP processes and systems
• Support PTP system changes and testing for new codes and projects
• Serve as SME in PTP processes and technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC) for non-content spend
