Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Procure to Pay operations professional in Mexico City to maintain PTP processes, ensure SOX compliance, and report on PTP operations.

You will contribute to a robust controls environment and support onboarding of acquisitions into WB Discovery systems. The role requires strong communication, independence, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines while supporting system changes and new projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of the Media Industry and/or Media Sales preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and understanding of the PTP process.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (vendor creation timely, invoices match PO’s correctly, invoices route to appropriate coders, etc.).
• Review PCard statement submissions for compliance.
• Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications.
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
• Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required, and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes and technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.
