Warner Bros. Discovery in Mexico City seeks a Procure to Pay (PTP) Analyst responsible for maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, and supporting a robust controls environment with updates and reporting.

You will deliver world-class service to stakeholders, assist vendor creation, invoice matching, PCard review, aging reconciliation, and onboarding of acquisitions, while partnering with SAP SRM, Ariba, Oracle and other systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with Peoplesoft Financials and SAP preferred.
• Experience in Media Industry and/or Media Sales preferred.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (e.g. vendor creation is timely, invoices match to PO’s correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.).
• Review PCard statement submissions for compliance.
• Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications.
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
• Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.
