Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Purchasing Operational Buyer with end-to-end P2P expertise, handling requisitions through invoice payment, supplier confirmation, goods receipt, and payment.

You will collaborate with Planning, Strategic Sourcing, and suppliers to optimize lead times, reduce costs, and improve KPI performance across global operations. Strong SAP/SAP Ariba and Excel skills are essential; English communication and cross-functional teamwork are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, PO management, supplier delivery, invoice resolution, and vendor master data.
• Proficiency in SAP, SAP Ariba, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience using data analytics and operational reporting to drive KPIs and decisions.
• Demonstrated negotiation, problem-solving, prioritization, and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication in a cross-functional global environment.
• Commercially minded, proactive, with ability to engage cross-functions to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas market and project support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end PO execution from requisitions to supplier acknowledgment and goods receipt.
• Collaborate with global suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, on-time delivery, and invoice performance; report risks.
• Expedite critical materials and drive root-cause analysis for delays.
• Maintain proactive supplier communication to validate order status and mitigate risks.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support SAP/Ariba enhancements.
• Partner with Planning, Sourcing, and suppliers to maintain accurate lead times and procurement data.
• Administer procurement master data and POs in SAP.
• Support productivity and working-capital initiatives through volume leverage and inventory improvements.
• Maintain supplier records and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
