BRP is seeking a purchasing professional to manage requisitions, place purchase orders, and ensure accurate three-way matching within the Shared Services Center. You will help drive efficiency and compliance across business units.

Responsibilities include participating in continuous improvement, training system users, and keeping internal customers informed of SSC activities while adhering to company standards. A high school diploma and SAP/Google/Microsoft tools proficiency are required.

Formación

  • High School Diploma or Technical Degree.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, financial operations, or shared services.
  • Basic English comprehension and communication skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft or Google applications.

  • Provide training and guidance to purchasing system users.
  • Support the indirect goods import process.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

  • Prepare and place purchase orders based on schedules and system recommendations.
  • Resolve discrepancies and issues in the three-way matching process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Education
  • Knowledge of purchasing, financial operations, or shared services.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft or Google applications (as we primarily use products within the Google functionality suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • High School Diploma or Technical Degree.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Basic English comprehension and communication skills preferred.
