Job summary

Hyde Mexico City, part of Ennismore and allied with Accor, seeks a Guest Service Agent Overnight – Front Office. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality-related degree preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, Concierge, or guest-facing role.
• Advanced English required; other languages a plus.
• Experience with Opera PMS or similar systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality at arrival.
• Perform efficient check-in/check-out in line with hotel standards.
• Assign rooms per availability and guest preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns professionally.
• Provide information on hotel outlets, events, services, and local experiences.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest profiles in the PMS.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on status, arrivals, and special requests.
• Communicate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Support VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and upselling opportunities when suitable.
