Jingdong Development France está buscando un Gerente de Operaciones de Refugio para Personas en Situación de Calle. La posición es remota y requiere experiencia en coordinación de refugios y servicios para personas sin hogar.

El/la candidato/a ideal liderará equipos, gestionará presupuestos y coordinará con agencias externas, asegurando la seguridad, el bienestar y el respeto a la dignidad de los residentes. Se valorará experiencia en intervención en crisis y formación en trabajo social.

Formación

• Requiere experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de operaciones en servicios sociales.
• Habilidad para coordinar servicios entre refugios y proveedores externos.
• Capacidad para supervisar personal y garantizar ambientes seguros y respetuosos.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar operaciones diarias de múltiples refugios para personas en situación de calle.
• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para mejorar la prestación de servicios.
• Gestión de personal: reclutamiento, capacitación, turnos y evaluación de desempeño.
• Garantizar la seguridad de las instalaciones y residentes, aplicando protocolos de emergencia.
• Coordinar con agencias externas para conectar a residentes con recursos (salud, empleo, vivienda).
• Gestionar presupuestos de refugio y reportes financieros.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders, donors, and volunteers.

• Monitor resident intake and exit processes, ensuring dignity and respect are maintained.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, with at least 3 years in operations within the social services or homelessness sector.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing multiple sites or programs.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in data collection and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
