Job summary

Amazon is seeking entry-level Area Managers to own their impact in Operations. As a front-line leader, you will mentor a team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse, focusing on safety, quality and engagement while building a people-centered leadership style.

You will lead and develop your team, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed, while applying process improvements to meet customer expectations and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Experience managing large teams (50+ members)
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
• 2+ years in metrics, process improvement or lean techniques

Responsibilities
