Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment. You will motivate, mentor, and coach the team, ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and engagement during shifts.

The role focuses on developing people, implementing policies, and fostering a high-performance culture within a fast-paced fulfillment setting. This entry-level manager position offers exposure to leadership and operations across the network.

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 30 to 100 Amazon Associates
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
• Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates
• Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality
• This role requires to work on a 4x3 or 5x2 journal
• The position rotates shifts at least 2-3 times per year
• This is not a remote position
