Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division in Mexico City is recruiting for a CS OTI (MX) role within the Deliver – oUS Supply Chain organization. The position supports the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice process for DePuy Synthes customers and partners with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate order management and timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems (SAP or similar).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Invoice (OTI) process including entry, validation, fulfillment, billing, and issue resolution.
• Primary contact for internal and external customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and invoice inquiries.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Monitor and resolve order, delivery, and invoice discrepancies per policies and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in the OTI process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records for customer orders, shipments, and invoices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service, order accuracy, and process efficiency; support enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business priorities and customer satisfaction initiatives.
