Aptiv in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking an OTC Cash Applications Senior Analyst to ensure precise payment application and reconciliation within the Order-to-Cash process. You will analyze payments, clear exceptions, and collaborate with global teams to transition Cash Applications activities into Mexico.

Role emphasizes SAP/ERP knowledge (SAP/HighRadius), strong Excel skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency for global communication.
• Previous experience in Cash Applications or related OTC areas.
• Minimum 2+ years in the function for a Senior Analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate payment discrepancies.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash cycle.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems for open-item review and reconciliation.
• Experience with Cash Applications tools such as HighRadius and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams.

Responsabilités

• Apply and reconcile payments across multiple methods (wire, ACH, checks).
• Review remittances, invoices, and deductions for correct payment allocation.
• Record receipts against proper entities and customers in SAP/HighRadius.
• Perform daily/month-end reconciliations across accounts and GL.
• Investigate unidentified payments and discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain documentation trackers for remittances and unapplied cash.
• Support period-end close and related reconciliation requirements.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
