Colgate-Palmolive seeks an Order-to-Invoice specialist to manage the OTI cycle following CP Best Practice. You will ensure on-time deliveries and serve as the lead contact for the CDO team, coordinating with Customer Development Teams and Logistics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years in customer service or supply chain, SAP proficiency, advanced Excel, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Planning, or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.
• Advanced English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the OTI cycle using SAP, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring compliance with selling terms.
• Act as the primary contact for internal customers to resolve delivery issues, returns, and claims.
• Partner with CDTs and Logistics to troubleshoot distribution bottlenecks and optimize shipping efficiencies.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to take corrective actions and improve overall service levels.
• Generate periodic reports (Weekly/Monthly) on customer service performance and Cost-to-Serve metrics.
• Collaborate on cost-reduction initiatives like plant-direct shipments and pallet layer efficiencies.
