O-I seeks an IT professional to define SAP functional requirements for a designated area, and provide full lifecycle support including documentation and technical support. You will collaborate with business customers, users, and architects to ensure accurate requirements and deliverables.
The role focuses on SAP SD processes, order-to-cash, and system integration with OpenText and eDocument tools. Hybrid work is offered with on-site 3 days per week.

You will work with the business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define the functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area.
In this position you will provide full life-cycle support, as well as creating system documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation.

Hybrid Work Model:We provide a flexible work arrangement, requiring employees to be on-site at our office in for 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days working from home.
