Dyson seeks an SOP Analyst to own the customer order lifecycle from entry to fulfillment for Mexico and LATAM. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely order processing and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on order management, KPI governance, and reporting, with opportunities to optimize regional procedures and partner with BPOs as needed.

Formación

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 2+ years in sales order processing, order management, or supply chain ops.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full order cycle in ERP from entry to delivery.
• Validate pricing, resolve blocks, and coordinate with warehouses.
• Act as primary point of contact for Sales and Customer Service on orders.
• Deliver operational reports and monitor KPIs and SLA performance.
