ETAP Software is seeking an OT Infrastructure Engineer to serve as the operational backbone of our Global Support group in Mexico City. The role sits between IT and OT, building and maintaining a virtual lab that replicates customer and project systems across ETAP's solution portfolio.

You will own VM templates, environment availability, and capacity planning while troubleshooting and reproducing incidents to enable faster root-cause analysis.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency and daily interaction with global teams.
• 3+ years in IT/OT infrastructure or related role.
• Hands‑on experience building and managing virtual environments (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Experience with Windows Server administration and databases (SQL Server / MongoDB).
• Strong networking fundamentals and systematic troubleshooting mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a virtual lab replicating customer and project systems across ETAP solutions (SCADA, PSMS, EMS, Digital Twin).
• Own VM templates, environment availability, version control, and capacity planning for reliable replication.
• Reproduce incidents to enable root-cause analysis before escalation.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues in replicated ETAP environments and databases.
• Replicate network topologies to ensure accurate incident reproduction.
• Support Global Support Engineers with replicated environments tailored to incidents.
• Document procedures and configurations to build a reusable knowledge base.
• Develop domain knowledge in ETAP SCADA/PSMS/EMS under mentorship.
• Contribute to Jira ticket tracking and escalation coordination.
