Johnson & Johnson in Juarez seeks a Staff Project Management Engineer for the Orthopedics Business. You will lead engineering projects, develop objectives and plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 6–8 years in manufacturing/design engineering, strong project management, and fluency in English. Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma is preferred, with adherence to QSR and regulatory controls.

Formación

• B.S. Engineering or Science degree required.
• MS or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years in manufacturing/design engineering.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Develop project objectives and plans conferring with management and execute detailed project plans.
• Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specs; calculate time requirements and sequence elements.
• Control and maintain project plan and schedule including budget and changes.
• Prepare and present project status reports to different levels of the organization.
