Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Juarez, Mexico is seeking a Staff Project Management Engineer for the Orthopedics Business to lead cross-functional engineering projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

You will develop objectives, create detailed plans, manage costs, coordinate with management and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Formación

• B.S Engineering Degree or Science Discipline required.
• MS or MBA would be an advantage.
• 6–8 years in manufacturing/design engineering.
• Six Sigma Green/Black or similar PM methodology preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering projects ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
• Develop objectives and detailed project plans (charter, Gantt, etc.).
• Assess schedule, costs, and performance; drive improvements.
• Coordinate changes, actions, and problem resolution.
• Manage expenditures and prepare status reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
