Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Project Management Engineer for the Orthopedics business to lead complex engineering projects in Juarez City. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure program success and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a B.S in engineering or science, 6–8 years in manufacturing/design engineering, and strong English skills.

Formación

• B.S Engineering Degree or Science is required.
• An advanced degree such as MS or MBA is preferred.
• 6–8 years in manufacturing/design engineering experience.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Certification preferred.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and customer service.
• Develop project objectives and plans; manage scope, schedule, and resources.
• Control costs; monitor expenditures and changes; ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment with management and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports and maintain traceability of decisions.
