Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Process Engineer II Orthopedics in Juarez City to lead engineering projects across the Orthopedics division. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and technical activities while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, strong communication in English, and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes in a medical device setting.

Formación

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral) in English.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience with manual assembly equipment/processes.
• Six Sigma Green Certification or equivalent PM methodology preferred.
• Experience in medical device regulatory environments (ISO 13485, FDA design controls) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on engineering projects ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with quality.
• Maintain and review project plans, specifications, progress, and budget.
• Coordinate project changes and actions to resolve issues.
• Lead technical aspects via coordination meetings and communications.
• Prepare and present project status reports to different levels of the organization.
