You will develop objectives, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with management and teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves overseeing cost forecasts, change control, and close collaboration with DePuy Synthes as the separation progresses.

Formación

• Experience leading engineering projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and governance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with quality intact.
• Develop project objectives and plans and execute with standard PM tools.
• Determine schedule by reviewing plan, designs, and requirements; estimate time.
• Control and maintain plan and budget by monitoring progress and costs.
• Plan changes; coordinate activities; recommend actions.
• Oversee technical aspects through coordination meetings and communications.
• Approve and plan expenditures; maintain records of all elements.
• Prepare and present status reports for different organizational levels.
• Follow change control processes; conduct tests and validate processes.
• Prepare/review capital and expense forecasts; CAR requests.
• Control costs by approvals; manage contractor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality systems.
