PwC Mexico invites an Senior Associate in SCM - Inventory to join our Acceleration Center. You will analyze client needs, implement Oracle-based solutions, and train users to maximize value from Oracle applications. Engage across advisory, assurance, tax and business services to deliver practical results.

You will build client connections, guide teams, and grow your personal brand while delivering high-impact recommendations and process improvements using Oracle platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM is preferred.

As an SCM - Inventory - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Oracle applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
