PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Senior Associate to join the Oracle EPM - Planning practice. You will analyze client needs, implement Oracle EPM solutions, and provide training and support to ensure smooth integration across client environments.

As a Senior Associate, you will build client relationships, mentor others, and navigate complex challenges while contributing to operational improvements and strategic objectives. This role is based in Monterrey with travel up to 20% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

As an Oracle EPM - Planning - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
