PwC Mexico Acceleration Center is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Oracle EPM (FCCS, Planning EDM) implementations for a diverse client portfolio. You will analyze client needs, deploy Oracle solutions, train users, and provide ongoing support while building strong client relationships.

You will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, growing your technical and leadership skills in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• ARCS or EPBCS are plus.

As an Oracle EPM (FCCS, Planning EDM) - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• ARCS or EPBCS are plus

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
