PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate in SCM - Field Service to analyze client needs, implement Oracle software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration of business applications.

You will contribute to Digital Core Modernisation, helping clients optimize operations, build client connections, and grow your technical skills while navigating complex engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

As a Senior Associate in SCM - Field Service, you will leverage your consulting skills to analyze client needs, implement Oracle software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
• Developing training materials for enterprise software implementations
