PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle EPM - Manager to lead client engagements and drive digital modernization across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will optimize operations, mentor staff, manage project budgets, and deliver tailored Oracle solutions for diverse client portfolios.

You will guide teams, maintain standards, and foster growth while expanding opportunities through technology-enabled transformation across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications.
• Manage project architecture and budgeting to deliver successful outcomes.
• Guide teams in the development and execution of business process modeling and standardization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and integration.
• Oversee the deployment of enterprise software and confirm alignment with client goals.
• Mentor team members to enhance skills and performance in delivering client expectations.
• Utilize analytical thinking to address complex system interactions and improve business processes.
• Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and digital tooling to enhance service delivery.
