Molex's Optical Solutions team is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive cross‑functional engineering initiatives from concept to implementation. You will lead NPI projects, coordinate with engineering, operations and business teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while mitigating risk and maximizing customer value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience leading engineering, NPI, or project management initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage priorities, and effectively communicate project status and risks.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
