Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive readiness during early NPI phases, evaluating capacity and process requirements to support new product introductions. You will partner with product management, design engineering, automation, quality, operations, and manufacturing to define manufacturing strategies and ensure launches run smoothly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Industrial Engineering activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and process development.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English within a global organization.

Responsabilidades

• Drive manufacturing readiness activities during the early phases of new product introductions.
• Evaluate capacity, process requirements, and operational readiness to support new business opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing solutions that enable successful product launches.
• Influence decisions through technical expertise, data-driven recommendations, and constructive challenge.
• Lead discussions around manufacturing feasibility, production flow, and launch execution strategies.
• Support pilot builds, production trials, and launch activities to ensure smooth product transfers into production.
• Build strong partnerships across engineering, quality, automation, and operations teams to create long-term value.
