Job summary

Molex's Optical Solutions Business Unit seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead strategic engineering projects transforming customer requirements into executable plans, driving NPI, capacity expansion, and automation initiatives that create value.

You will partner with engineering, operations and business teams, manage scope, timelines, resources and risk, and deliver executive-level status updates while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across functions in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience leading engineering, NPI, or project management in manufacturing.
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Advanced English communication, written and verbal.
Ability to develop project plans and communicate status and risks.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills across priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead complex engineering and NPI projects to drive growth and customer success.
Develop strategies, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Translate requirements into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
Monitor performance, budgets, schedules, and deliverables with executive updates.
Drive alignment between engineering, operations, and business teams.
Support automation and capacity expansion initiatives to improve operations.
Foster collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
