Molex Guadalajara is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team from concept to execution, delivering innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

You will manage end-to-end projects including NPI/PLUS, process development, and supplier management, driving Lean/Six Sigma improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in engineering with 2+ in leadership, and proficiency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing engineering, process analysis, and high-tech manufacturing environments including fiber optics, electronics, SMT, semiconductor, or related industries.
• Proficient in English (C1 level).
• Demonstrated skills in root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams and indirect functional groups to deliver innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Manage engineering projects end-to-end, including NPI/PLUS, new process development, machinery qualification, and project startups from scratch.
• Analyze and optimize capex and opex, forecast needs, and drive reductions in cycle times.
• Oversee process characterization, apply statistical models, and influence process improvements.
• Train and develop team members, including superintendents and supervisors, fostering a culture of transformation and operational excellence.
