Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence (OPEX) for our manufacturing site in Guanajuato, Mexico. You will lead the OE strategy and productivity initiatives, driving Lean transformation and continuous improvement across operations while aligning with the plant's financial plan.

You will manage Kaizen events, waste reduction, process optimization, and the deployment of Carrier Excellence tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/ops field.
• Advanced English proficiency, willingness to travel ~10%.
• Lean, Operational Excellence, or CI leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead the plant's Operational Excellence strategy and productivity initiatives.
• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement, Kaizen events, waste reduction and cost improvement.
• Lead plant transformation initiatives: layout optimization, process redesign, workflow improvements and documentation.
• Drive adoption and sustainability of Carrier Excellence tools and metrics.
• Lead cross-functional SWAT initiatives with Manufacturing, Operations, Maintenance, IE, Quality and Finance.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field
