Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence (OPEX) to lead strategy and execution for the manufacturing site. You will drive Lean transformation, productivity improvements, and Carrier Excellence initiatives to deliver cost, quality, and efficiency gains.

The role requires 7–10 years of transformation experience, an engineering degree, and English proficiency, with travel about 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience leading Lean, Operational Excellence or manufacturing transformation initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of operations, maintenance or industrial processes.
• Advanced English proficiency, valid U.S. visa, and willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the plant's Operational Excellence strategy and productivity initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives.
• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, waste reduction, process optimization and cost improvement.
• Direct plant transformation initiatives, including layout optimization, process redesign, workflow improvements and documentation.
• Drive Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies, including risk assessments and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and execution of SWAT initiatives with Manufacturing, Operations, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Quality and Finance.
