Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence (OPEX) to lead the site's Lean and continuous improvement initiatives in Chihuahua, Mexico. You will drive productivity, process optimization, and cost improvement aligned with the plant's financial plan.

In this role you'll spearhead Kaizen events, layout optimizations, and the deployment of Carrier Excellence tools across Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience leading Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience driving productivity, Kaizen events, and cost reduction.
• English proficiency, valid U.S. visa, and travel availability (~10%).

Responsabilités

• Lead the plant's Operational Excellence strategy and productivity initiatives.
• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement, including Kaizen and waste reduction.
