PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking an SC Assoc Analyst to lead AOP and productivity for Fleet and Distribution Centers within the Customer Service Team.

You will consolidate financial information across MOVE areas, support leadership decisions, and ensure resources align with budgets. Collaborate with Finance, EHS, Controllership, VCT, and Real Estate to guarantee budget visibility and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Logistics/Finance or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Logistics, Accountability, Finance or related areas.
• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate in Power BI; experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and productivity for Fleet and Distribution Centers.
• Consolidating financial information from all MOVE areas and providing a comprehensive view of national cost performance against main targets to support leadership decisions and business reviews.
• Ensure operational continuity by allocating the necessary people and equipment resources in alignment with national guidelines and the approved budget.
• Assign and distribute budgets by site and cost center, ensuring accurate tracking with local teams and Finance.
• Oversee spend performance through coordination with local operations and financial partners.
• Align operational needs with Finance, EHS, Controllership, VCT, and Real Estate to ensure full budget visibility and governance.
• Manage all controllable accounts for PMF operations (e.g., building maintenance, fleet maintenance, fuel, operating expenses, facilities, agreements, site adaptations, supplier payments).
• Provide visibility and guidance on non‑controllable accounts (e.g., People Cost, Corporate Security, Safety) to Finance, ensuring proper budget allocation and spend accuracy.

The Opportunity

Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and productivity for Fleet and Distribution Centers in Customer Service Team.

Your Impact

As SC Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and productivity for Fleet and Distribution Centers.


• Consolidating financial information from all MOVE areas and providing a comprehensive view of national cost performance against main targets to support leadership decisions and business reviews.


• Ensure operational continuity by allocating the necessary people and equipment resources in alignment with national guidelines and the approved budget.


• Assign and distribute budgets by site and cost center, ensuring accurate tracking with local teams and Finance.


• Oversee spend performance through continuous coordination with local operations and financial partners.


• Align operational needs with Finance, EHS, Controllership, VCT, and Real Estate to ensure full budget visibility and governance.


• Manage all controllable accounts for PMF operations (e.g., building maintenance, fleet maintenance, fuel, operating expenses, facilities, agreements, site adaptations, supplier payments).


• Provide visibility and guidance on non‑controllable accounts (e.g., People Cost, Corporate Security, Safety) to Finance, ensuring proper budget allocation and spend accuracy.


• Partner with Engineering to manage budgets aligned to the national site‑renewal strategy.


• Coordinate with Fleet and DC Ops Facilitators the management and distribution of logistics materials such as Pallet and Logistics bars.


• Align with Real Estate on agreements, renewals, and inflation adjustments according to the current budget.


• Work with local teams on monthly adjustments, variances, and improvement opportunities across all sites.


• Lead operational improvement projects focused on service, productivity, and process standardization.


• Ensure training, development, and safety programs for internal teams and suppliers.


• Lead weekly performance sessions with Warehouse and Fleet teams.


• Oversee Scorecard completion and provide active feedback based on periodic KPI results.


• Foster synergies with other business units to strengthen cross‑functional collaboration.


• Coordinate with HR on training sessions, team‑building activities, and recognition programs for the Operations team.


• Track Safety, Controllership, and People indicators, partnering with support areas to drive continuous improvement.
