Drop Zero Digital is hiring a decisive operator who will own a single area of our AI image service. You will make real calls, close deals, and be judged by the quality of decisions, not by throughput.

The trial assigns ownership between hiring funnel or client delivery, paid from day one with a stepwise pay progression. Based in Mexico, you will work full-time after the paid trial, with clear expectations, fast feedback, and room to grow as responsibilities increase.

• Ability to tell which calls are yours and manage a split.

Responsibilities

• Own one named area (hiring funnel or client delivery) and close it with high quality decisions.
• Make real calls daily and be judged on decision quality, not volume.
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and act to fix them.
