Omniscient Digital is seeking a senior recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle across the company. You will source proactively, screen, interview, and close candidates, partnering with hiring managers to align on needs and timelines.
You’ll manage the Ashby ATS and develop scalable processes while reporting to the CEO and collaborating with Strategy, Editorial, Digital PR, and Operations teams. This is a 100% remote, internationally oriented role.
Formación
- Senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced marketing or creative agency.
- Proactive sourcing to build pipelines and close candidates.
- Experience administering Ashby (or similar ATS) and keeping pipelines clean.
Responsabilidades
- Own full-cycle recruiting for all open roles across multiple departments.
- Source proactively and build a network of passive candidates.
- Write compelling job postings and optimize performance of postings.
